This gateway site offers the unique opportunity to deliver a landmark architectural response and multi-faceted tourism hub that responds to the provisions of the Woodmans Hill Gateway Precinct Master Plan. While there are some restrictions on the development at Warrenheip, these are significantly outweighed by the site’s potential to become a landmark destination for locals and tourists.

The Woodmans Hill Gateway Precinct Master Plan provides the City of Ballarat with a framework for land use and development, prior to the upcoming realignment of the Western Highway. Our intention is to combine these two plots into a single, unified development that will become a landmark destination within the Woodmans Hill Gateway precinct. With its expansive vision, it will set a standard for the area and mark a rich, new beginning for Warrenheip.

We propose to challenge preconceptions of the possibilities this site at Warrenheip holds. We will seek to create a different atmosphere, environment, a unique experience, something that has not been done before. The development should take guests on a journey; an escape from reality or even just be a place to enjoy time with their friends and family.
